Tomato leaf spots

Hi There,
my young tomato plants have some strange spots on them. They are round, silvery plaques on the lower leaves. Can anyone please help identifying the problem and suggest a solution? This is my very first serious try at gardening and already running into problems. I am known for killing plants almost with a look. I really want to learn how to garden and care for plants properly. I would hate to have to destroy my first babies. (I keep them in my large North facing kitchen window. Soon I will plant them out into a raised bed if they make it.)
Thanks in advance.

So long as the upper part of the plant looks healthy there's nothing to worry about.
The lower leaves do get all sorts of spots and marks on them - it's just one of those things that happens with tomatoes. The lower leaves often turn yellowish and die back as they've done their job and plant no longer needs them.

Thank you for the speedy reply. Is it a problem that I removed few of the effected leaves?

If it would make you feel better :)
So long as your plant is a decent size and growing well it wont hurt.
I take off any leaves that touch the ground when they start going a tatty
