Lavender turning green...

Hi everyone, my lavender is losing its purple and leaving the bare green heads - pic attached. Is this a problem or should I just dead head and wait for a second bloom?

I don't see any problem.That's how the French one grows.

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
