Another mystery!

Sorry but we inherited a large garden and we’re still finding plants/weeds we don’t recognise - any ideas please?

    Geum urbanum (Wood avens), a real nuisance weed - don't let it release seeds or it'll appear eveywhere before you know it.
    A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.

    Thanks Bob - because of the lovely little yellow flowers that have just appeared, there was I thinking it was a lovely plant!!

    some weeds have very lovely flowers, bindweed for example.

    I think Himalayan balsam is beautiful - pity it's so invasive.
