Orange tree blossom (or lack of....)

I have an orange tree (bottom two photos) which is planted out in our garden and is now about 12 feet tall. Grew from a pip about 40 years ago and transplanted into the garden a few years back. It has produced a few edible orange but seems to just be growing rather than producing blossom and then oranges. Any ideas please for how to encourage more blossom and fruit and less growth? The smaller tree we got 27 years ago flowers a bit (top photo) but again not a lot and was planted out about 4 years ago. I've counted 5 flowers in all on this little one.

How lovely to be able to do this we can't in the UK!
Know  nothing about orange trees but do the flowers need manual fertilizing?
    Presume you water and feed.

Yes we do and living in the South East of. England helps with the heat. Just wish it would produce more flowers rather than new growth!

No I am in the UK- south east England. It was from a pip when I was a teenager. Put it in some mud and hoped it would grow after eating an orange! I'll try the feeding and keep watering. Thanks for the advice!
