Orange Tree Blossom (or lack of....)

I have an orange tree which is planted out in our garden which is now about 12 feet tall. Grew from a pip about 40 years ago and transplanted into the garden a few years back. It has produced the odd edible orange but seems to just be growing rather than producing blossom and then oranges. Any ideas for how to encourage more blossom and fruit?
