Both my honeysuckle plants seem to be flourishing but they keep losing their flowers! They’ve had some frothy white stuff on them which I’ve watered off but also some of the flowers look punctured. See attached photos. Any ideas or help would be much appreciated! Both plants are kept well watered and are in part-sun part-shade locations.
The 'frothy white stuff' sounds like Spittle bugs. They are tiny and hidden inside the froth. They do very little harm to plants. It's quite common to see this on plants at this time of year. On a shrub like a Honeysuckle, unlikely to cause any lasting damage. From the photos, your shrub looks healthy and with plenty of new flowers forming. Just give them a blast of water if you see any on your flowers. Your climber should be fine.
