    Its some sort of convovulus
    In London. Keen but lazy.

    Convolvulus cneorum. It's a semi-prostate shrub so it should not be tied up. If left to do it's own thing in the right position (full sun, well-drained soil) it will make a lovely mound of silver, evergreen foliage.
