Weeding new borders.

Stupid question.
Created some new borders about 5 weeks ago, they are all planted out but now there is tons of little weeds coming up like little 2 leaf clovers.
Do you just hoe the borders chopping them up to keep them down or do you rip each and everyone of them out? which could take a while.
