Leggy succulent

I have 2 lovely succulents that I have on my kitchen windowsill, they have started to get tall and leggy and I'd like to keep them in the same small pots. It there a way to get them to root further up the stem so that I can cut off the lower roots and repot?

Not leggy at all. Echeveria lose their lower leaves naturally.
If you feel brave you can 'behead' the top and pot up and the stalk left should start to produce more rosettes.
