What is killing my Elder flower plants and what should I do?

Hi all,

What is this insects on my Elderflower plant? This plant is quite big and is in my garden. I noticed the insects couple of days ago. The leaves of the plant are already curving and the plant is not blooming. :(

Anybody has an idea how can I solve this issue?

    They are aphids. They are  unlikely to be killing your plant. Have you watered it? The weather has been very dry in many parts of the country

    Yes, I have. I do actually regularly. Is watering enough or can I do something else in addition to get rid of them? 

    The leaves of the plants are curving and it is not blooming. From the appearance, I can say the plant is not doing very well :-(

    Watering won't get rid if them but I wondered if that's why your plant wasn't doing well. A mild soap and water  solution squirted at them should see them off.
