Wood Avens a Shape Shifting Weed ?

Wood Avens. Does it really change its shape to hide in other plants ? .. Growing in the raspberries it has long stem with  3 small raspberry shaped leaves . In the strawberries its leaves are much bigger & more rounded . & in the mint it make narrow pointed leaves .
How does it know ?

    You should see it trying to hide in my wilderness garden next to my Geum rivale 🤔
