Fuschia help!

This plant was healthy a month ago but the leaves suddenly started to curl. Upon inspection, there were a lot of tiny white insects on the undersides so we sprayed it with soapy water. It was kept in the greenhouse but whilst the weather is good, it is  put out during the day. Any suggestions on how to revive it please?

You can snip out the worst bits and leave them out in a sheltered spot during the day time. Keep them away from harsh sun so it recovers. Sounds like the aphids have got to them. Hopefully the cooler conditions will slow down the growth and they have time to recover.

Is this the same fuchsia I gave advise on before or another one?
They shouldn't be in the greenhouse at all, that’s whats causing the whitefly, plants rarely, (although not unheard of) get whitefly outside.   Whitefly are more difficult to get rid of than aphids.
They need to be cut down in the Spring, almost to the soil, I would cut back those bare stalks now.

They don’t  like their roots hot and black pots attract the heat , I would advise you to put them in light colour pots and keep in the shade for a while.

You can cut back to the lines shown here, the plant will be better for it, will go on flowering until November if you don’t get any frosts.

Yes Lyn, the same one. I have pruned them as you suggested and it is now in a shady area of the garden. Thanks for advice.
