Too late to plant bulbs ?

I was having a general tidy up in a small alcove by my back door, called Pat's Potting Shed ... in a sturdy carrier bag I have found two packs of (Spring) bulbs ... mixed minature daffs and a lovely pink frilly tulip. I know far too late for this year, but would they survive if I popped them into the fridge until the Autumn ? The daff bulbs still feel firm, but the tulips seem a bit dried up  ... Any hope ?

Hello Patsy, they don't need to be kept in the fridge. Put them in a stout paper bag or small cardboard box, label them and keep them somewhere cool and dry. And hope!

Plant the daffs anyway - pots are probably best, and if they come away, you can find a place in a border later for them. Give them a liquid feed to help them a bit, as they've missed out on that, and just tuck them somewhere for now - with a label on them ;) . Then cross your fingers  :)
The tulip is unlikely to survive if it's dried out/shrivelled.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
