Can you help identify this plant that has appeared in my border? The bees are loving it!

Welcome to the forums!
What a wonderful specimen...very different from normal weedy one...Scrophularia nodosa...common name figwort.
It is Scrophularia grandiflora...wonder how it arrived in your border.
Native of Portugal.
