Ricinus plants

Just wondering when I should plant out my ricinus plants out ? Is a case of being big enough or just once it's frost free ?

    I think they could go out now, but mine are not large enough so it will be another few weeks.

    Thanks @punkdoc I've potted them on, they seem to have some good roots so all being well they'll spring into life
