What is this plant please, keeps growing, has now got a flower on it, but it is getting so big, can and when can I 'chop' it back.

Thanks, thought most were white, so when can it be cut back??

This is Jasminum Humile, and they can be pruned back in mid-late summer. If it's too big, you can prune them back now, but you will not get the flowers until next year.
