Cats toilet

Got New Neighbours whom have cats which have taken to fouling in my garden pots. I was told to cover the pots in chicken wire which NEVER worked. I have tried covering the area in Pepper but again the cat still not put off

PLEASE ANY IDEA'S THAT WORK

    Water scarecrow - only thing that works

    There must be about a thousand threads on this. If you search in the box at the top of the page you'll see just a few of them....
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
