    I'm based in dunstable. And the variety I've just ordered seeds for is the marketmore 70 variety

    Assuming the seeds come soon, you should be OK.  Sown inside they should germinate in a few days, and then plant out when they have two true leaves. Bury up to the seed leaves.

    Will you need to construct a climbing frame for your variety ?

    Yep I'll just use 3 bamboo sticks tied together at the top to give them space to grow up.
