What bulbs to put with grasses

We about start taking turf off at one side of front garden next to driveway as pointless as it’s only about 2 metres wide
at this side we just going plant grasses and ferns but would love if some bulbs pop up in between
not sure what would be best as never plants bulbs
and would prefer if flowers were June to aug
im funny with flowers and prefer white
I’m not asking much 😂😂😂sorry

    There are white Camassias, but they prefer damp conditions and a bit of shade. Mine are about to flower now - one has just started. They're quite tall, so it would depend on the sizing of your ferns and grasses.

    Acidantheras are mostly white - bit smaller than Camassias, but need protection over winter. I treat them as annuals.
    I don't know if there are any white alliums which flower later. I used to grow a white one, but it was spring flowering.

    You could try something like a white Veronica for a vertical contrast though. Not a bulb, but would give the same effect.

    How about this loveliness? Flowers at the end of the summer and is very statuesque and fragrant

    Not sure how hardy they'd be here @amancalledgeorge. I've always steered clear.
    @amberspy is up here  :)

    Ordinary white lilies would do though.
