Having some issues with spotting on the leaves this year, looking for advice on what the issue may be please?

It looks like a fungus problem to me! Not sure but it could be tar spot. Check this advice out;

Thanks Rebecaa, will look into getting hold of a suitable fungicide and then work out how and when to apply.
