Any help in identifying this shrub / small tree please?

This shrub (intermingled with the white lilac) is growing in a London garden. I assume that it must be some type of legume, looking at some of the very young fruit. However, I don’t recognise the flower ~ any thoughts much appreciated.

It is a red flowered broom.
Cytisus ...not sure which one.

That looks spot on ~ thanks for your prompt response. From the RHS site, it appears to be Cytisus “Burkwoodii”. Thanks again.
