Could somebody please advise me what this is?

    It's a rhododendron.  Leaves are looking rather yellow... is it in a pot?
    Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.

    Okay thankyou, no it is in the ground not in a pot

    It needs a feed of ericaceous fertiliser to get rid of the sickly yellow colour.   It might be labelled as miracle grow for rhododendrons and azaleas.
