Help to disguise a wall

Hello Folks - My neighbours have recently done some work on their garden which has left these 'workings' visible on my side. Any suggestions as to what / how I could plant to make it look a bit better?

    It looks smart enough to me, apart from the sockets which don't bother me too much and will be hidden by planting in no time.
