Anyone know what this is on my tomato plant?

I'm new to growing fruit and veg. Just noticed this on one of my tomato plants could anyone please tell me what it is.

    Looks to be a bit of a burn - from the hot sun you are having.  Hope it's just that!
    A good hoeing is worth two waterings.

    Our tomatoes are on the terrace hardening off and we keep moving them around chasing the patches of semi-shade as it moves around 🏖 

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
