  • I saw Salix in our local Haskins garden centre in Southampton today. You would have to check their website to see if they're doing deliveries.

Wish I had a tropical climate with 26 minimum temps in Winter for those plants to survive at mine.

Alas I live in the UK and don't own a safari park just yet. Gl with your project Plyinform

@mrtjforman I have Musa basjoo growing happily in my garden all year round. The chap who gave me it has a jungle of them and struggles to contain the numbers resorting to mowing them down, he's never protected them in 20 years. We are not far from York so fairly northerly

Can't have ferns or tropical plants here either - except maybe in spring and autumn.  Too hot and dry in the summer, too cold and dry in the winter!!
A good hoeing is worth two waterings.

We are in Cheshire in the UK and generally don't get extremes. We may get Frost occasionally and summers may reach 30 but these are rare occurances

I find Urban Jungle very good.
I’ve not used their online shop as they’re local to me,  but Ive heard others speak highly of them

Always worth trying the RHS plant finder that will give you a number of online sellers for each plant https://www.rhs.org.uk/plants/search-form
