All euphorbias have the white latex like sap. It’s not really a problem unless you get it on your skin, so wear long sleeves and gloves if pulling it out etc. and of course don’t rub your eyes.
I got it on my legs when I was a child and decided to pull some out of a border for some reason (I think I was about 7 🙄) and my legs were very sore and a bit swollen for a couple of days. Sixty years later I still remember it ... but it’s not stoped me from growing them 😍
