Help with new turf please

Hi

We had turf layed a few months ago but the weeds or whatever they are have got worse. Seems like it was mainly on a patch to the left but is now spreading

Could somebody advise what these are?

    It's a bit difficult to tell from your photos to be honest (nice socks by the way :) ). 
    I did wonder if it was some kind of fusarium but looking again l don't think so.
    Bumping it up in the hope that one of the lawn experts on here might be able to help.

    Have you fertilised it recently ?

    We haven't. It's new turf that has been down since about January. In the wider picture you can almost see a line of division where the areas are affected and the rest has appeared when we have cut the grass and it's spread.

    It’s a bit blurry when I zoom in .... all I can see is that the grass looks as if it is flowering/has flowered. 

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
