Have never grown lettuce until now so after some pointers. These are romaine and was thinking of putting 2 or 3 in an 11 inch pot.

That sound fair enough? Or better to pot up individually initially?

I’ve got little gem lettuce and Swiss chard in 13 and 14 inch pots. 5 plants in each. They’re a bit crowded and I might take out the middle plant. But you should be ok to get 3 Romaine in an 11 inch pot, but it may limit the size they get to, and you need to water a bit more frequently.
