    All the sweat, tears and hard work will be forgotten when you look out at that   ;)
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

    That’s perfect; you should be proud of that design. What I especially like is the restrained use of ornaments. There are just a few but they’re so well chosen: architectural, eye catching, elegant. The lion’s head fountain above the Lutyen’s bench is particularly nice. May I ask if it is a vintage piece or something newly manufactured?

    Wow, what a stunning garden, I love how you've incorporated the patch of grass, will be filing that away for my next garden! May I ask where you got that lovely rusted bowl/birdbath?
  • Hello everyone. Thank you very much for the lovely comments, I'll answer the questions now:
    * The water bowl was from Amazon - it's corten and was about 80 pounds I believe 
    * thank you so much such a wonderful comment. The lion's head is actually a modern piece from Wayfair, it is a solar powered fountain but we have chosen to use it as a planter (new solar fountain in the far left at the end) was really pleased with it! We have climbing hydrangea there too, so hopefully should grow around it.
    * no the path isn't resin bound. It

    ..  it is standard gravel only a very small layer.
