My Hebe plant is not looking so good this year. Some of its leaves are a bit yellow with brown spots. It very twiggy and not many green leaves. I've had it for just over 5 years. It did blow over several times in the bad weather earlier on in the year so whether that may have damaged it.
In that case I don't know. Hebes tend to get leggy as they age and don't always recover if cut back, so maybe it's time to treat yourself to a new one.
Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Soil type: sandy, well-drained
Hebe doesn't perform well after severe pruning; a light pruning yearly after the flowers fade is better. It would probably be happier in the ground, if that's an option.
