Plant or Weed? Please advise!

Hi 
can someone assist me is this a plant or weed?
Photos are of the flower and foliage.

    That’s commonly regarded as a weed ... think it may be Lapsana communis ... Nipplewort - related to asters and sunflowers. 

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

    But it is quite pretty and perhaps not doing too much harm? Perhaps bees and insects are enjoying the flowers?
