Christmas cactus spots

Hi everyone, I was wondering if you could help me with identifying the cause of some strange markings on the surface of my Christmas cactus. I suspect that it is necrotic spot virus but I feel like I’m possibly jumping to the worst case scenario! Any help would be appreciated
