Yes hedge new growth colouring

Hello, I’m in need of some expert advice! we planted  row of 100 cm yew hedging in October last year. The new growth is coming through and the majority of it is a deep bronze colour. I’ve read that this can be the case in new growth but having had a look at other healthy young trees around and about they are very much showing vibrant green not the deep bronzing we’re seeing. I’ve attached a photo of the worst offender to give an idea. If anyone has an insight it would be much appreciated.

Many thanks

Yes it can look quite bronze, we have several yew topiary balls and their new growth is quite bronze although it does vary how much so from plant to plant.
