Can anyone identify?

Is anyone able to identify this? It just starting to get tint white flowers on it.

    One of the white Spireas I think  :)
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

    Almost looks like ligustrum to me, don’t take my word though! Just thought I’d speak out loud ;)

    Ligustrum leaves are opposite on a branch so can be ruled out.
    Exochorda leaves are smooth edged.
    Spiraea sp fits 
    Perthshire. SCOTLAND .
