One of my hydrangeas, the one without the flowers has totally wilted, Over the course of a couple of days it went from ok to terrible, had a lot of work on so wasnt in the garden much. Once i saw it i dug it out stuck it in a pail, with some fish, blood and bones and drenched it to see if i could bring it back. Should i cut all the dead wilted leaves off, this would leave the plant with nothing tho.

If the drenching doesn't rehydrate the leaves and swell them then they can be cut.   Give it time to see if new foliage appears and make sure the roots don't dry out again but don't drown them in a bucket either!   For future reference, you should only feed water stressed plants after/if/when they have rehydrated and recovered.

This is what it currently looks like, is it worth cutting the leaves off to see if it will spur on new growth. Or is it too far gone
