Cordyline Help - Novis Gardener!

Hi all,
We have recently moved into a new property and have very little gardening experience!
The front garden was totally over grown so we decided to remove some of the plants. When we did we found, what I believe to be, some Cordyline plants, we didn't even know they were there they we so over grown by everything else!
The leaves seem in a bad shape, some are a brown colour and some are all torn and split.
Any advice on how we can care for it?!
I've attached a few pics. Any help. Is greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Pam

@pammarsh10, welcome to the forum. It's a nice surprise to find something worth keeping in a new to you garden. The old brown leaves and tatty torn ones are nothing to worry about - just cut them off at the base where they meet the trunk. Cordylines like sunshine but dislike wind. I expect the plant could do with a good watering if you haven't already done so, perhaps with some liquid tomato feed if you can get some, but don't overdo it, they don't like to be over-watered.  Good luck
