Newly planted Wisteria wilting

We planted a new mature 7ft Wisteria 10 days ago. It’s planted on an east facing wall, 12” away from the wall and gets full sun until midday.

Before planting we dug in 40L of Miracle-Gro Premium Border Booster Soil, some RHS Horticultural Grit to improve drainage and plenty of Vitax Growmore.

We’ve been watering regularly but the Wisteria has starting wilting and the leaves curling and drying out.

Any recommendations on what to do? Do you think we should dig up and put into a large container for a while to let the roots grow and recover?

    More water.
A 7 foot plant of any kind will struggle initially, especially in sun.

It looks as though young growth has been caught by the frost, and as it is in an east facing position it will also have had the coldest winds too. Wisteria are better on a South or West facing wall.
