Which plant is this and why has it not flowered? It's been 3/3 years now

Looks like it could be a day lily to me (hemerocallis). Have you tried feeding it with tomorite or liquid seaweed? And maybe plant it in the ground?

I've fed it but no flowers todate. Only thing left I suppose is to plant it in the ground.

I'd agree with
@chicky
. It looks like a hemerocallis.
I don't think they don't do very well in pots, which is probably why it's not performing.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

I feed all my flowering plants with a tomato food, although rose food would probably do the job too.

It's been a year, I've planted it in the ground, fed it tomatoe fertiliser and it's still not flowering. What am I doing wrong!?

If it is a daylily it will start to produce flower scapes in the next few weeks. Only a few of mine are showing any signs of flowering yet.

What can I do now to encourage it to flower in the coming weeks ?

They don't ned any help, they will flower when they are mature enough, provided they are not in full shade.
