Leftover lawn starter fertiliser?

I’m about sow a new lawn from seed (just waiting for warmer temps again!) and I bought some lawn establishment fertiliser to help it along the way. But due to combination of my poor calculations and lockdown stock availability I ended up buying 4kg more than I needed. It’s NPK make up is 7 : 10 : 10.
Can I use this fertiliser for anything else in the garden? For example root establishment of new plants? Or shall I try to gift it someone else laying a new lawn? If so do you know anyone? 😂
