Can anyone explain why my nasturtions are looking like this?

It looks like minor insect damage, they are tough plants and will probably shrug it off.

We've not had a frost, only I leaf on each plant, rest seems healthy enough, thank you for advise

Just remove the tatty leaves. It'll be fine. They get slug damage, eaten by pigeons, leaf miner etc.
Quite common with nasturtiums .
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
