Is it too late to plant seeds?

with covid-19 and the garden centres closed I couldn't get sweet peas and the ones I planted didn't germinate because they were past their sell-by date could I still get sweet peas growing this year if I plant them now or is it too late?

I would too. I've just sown some in the last week or so - not unusual for me to do that.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

Try other veg or plants.
? Do you have friends or neighbours who can drop some off to you for you to use.
Grow something.
