What’s been eating my young plants?

I noticed some marks on the leaf on 2 of my young courgette plants, the others are fine, no bugs on the plants/soil, nothing on any of my other plants in the greenhouse either. There were some bluebottle flies that had got trapped inside the greenhouse but didn’t see anything else. Anyone know what it might be? A week on and no new marks or signs of pests, plants growing fine. Thanks in advance 😊

I think those markings are quite normal for courgettes.

My others have no nibble looking marks.

I wouldn't worry about minor damage to the seed leaves. Your seedlings look very healthy and I can see the true leaves starting to emerge, ready to take over the job of sustaining the plants as they grow and mature.

More than likely it's snails or slugs having a midnight nibble

    They look fine to me
I can't even see any slug/snail marks. The seed leaves will gradually fall apart and drop anyway as @Kitty 2 says.
You sometimes get a bit of whitefly etc in greenhouses, just because of heat/damp etc but it doesn't cause major problems if you're vigilant, and your seedlings do look very good.  :)
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
