Any ideas on this plant?

I saw this plant online and have no information about it but I thought one of you clever lot might recognise it? :)

    It is very pretty @wild edges - is it a succulent/sedum of some kind?

    Were you thinking of adding it to your collection?  ;)
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

    I don't think so but sadly I have no idea where it's from. :(

    It looks a bit succulent and it's growing well out of a crack in the wall so must be pretty tough.
