HELP! Rhododendron is Sick? Not Flowering

Hi, I have a Rhododendron plant which is not flowering - it looks yellow and has spots on it? Any advice on what i need to do to salvage this plant?

    Wrong soil, not enough water - especially last summer when the buds form.
    The plant is therefore weak - and suffering from vine weevil attack.
    If your soil isn't neutral to acidic, it won't thrive. 
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

    Would it be worth adding iron to the soil?

    No.  :)
    You can't fundamentally 'change' soil in a border.
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
