Raspberry runners

Will these produce new plants next year or should I remove them?  It's a summer fruiting variety.
In London. Keen but lazy.

They  are next years fruiting stems.  When the existing ones have flowered and fruited you cut them right back to the ground and these little ones will grow up.
problem is, they do go for miles,  cut off or dig out any you don’t want.
Gardening on the wild, windy west side of Dartmoor.

Thanks @Lyn. I will get my first few raspberries this year. There might even be a dozen!
