Do you think I should toss this

in Problem solving
Been hanging onto this climbing rose. 2 years only produced 1 flower. Why isn't it responding? Any suggestions? Basically just a woody stump.

    ok, I'll get a fresh one. It cant be saved. spent so much time fertilizing it and watering. Its dead.  When I get the a new rosebush I will plant it in a sunny area. I would like to put a Hosta in its place. Thanks for your feedback.
