Can someone tell name this grass 
I planted couple years ago but unfortunately bin the tag

    I think it looks more like a sedge @punkdoc  Perhaps a Carex or an Acorus.

    I’ve a carex Ice dance and that’s definitely lot compact
    Wish I had kept the tag

    I don't think it's an Acorus, mine have a different habit. You could be right about Carex.

    Carex oshimensis 'Evergold' (more of a tuft-former than 'Ice Dance' and finer leaves)

    Edit, no not that one because the edge of the leaf is variegated, rather than the centre… it might be 'Everest'.

    Yeah I’ve three ice dance so know it’s definitely not that 
    though maybe carex everillo 🤔


    this one is very fast growing and was tiny 9 Cm pot when got 
    reason I want to know as I’m after another one 😂
