Lleylandii killing my fuscia

My neighbours' one big fat lleylandii very close to fence taking all moisture, killing my established fuscia.

    And your problem is...?
    Option 1 move your fuchsia
Option 2 dig in moisture retentive manure
    Option 3 water more often
    Option 4 mulch
Any combination of 2,3,4 or all

Hi ... your previous post mentioned a row of 30’ tall Leylandii belonging to your neighbours. Is there only one left?  If so I’d call that a victory and move the fuchsia to a spot where it will be happier.
