I just saw that after I posted @Pete.8
They shouldn't be outside just now. They need to be warm.

Bournemouth. It's around 10C and sunny outside but a bit chilli. Shall I moved them back? The room they are kept in isn't heated really well, I'm trying to keep it warm with a fan heater

They need light. I don't think a fan heater is a good solution either.  :/

Absolutely too cold outside for them.

The weather is going to warm up in the next few days so by next week they should be ok outside during the day at least.
If it's a day that you'd sit in a deck chair with your shirt off and no chilly wind then it'll be fine for your plants outside.
For the next few days I'd keep them indoors in a sunny spot if possible and move them away from any windows at night.
Only a few more days of this unseasonable weather then it'll be warmer, and us and our tomatoes will all be happier :)
