Moving Tulips Bulbs

Hi peeps i've had some tulips in a bed but they've all finished. I want to plant some dwarf cosmos in the bed later in the coming months when they are ready to go in. Can i replant the tulip bulbs in another bed?.

    Yes - but let them die back naturally. If they're the big blousy ones, they may not come back next  year anyway - they often diminish over time. 
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
